Capsules depend on what you put in your formula. The formulas we build have up to 15 ingredients, which usually comes to about 4–10 capsules a day (never more than 10); adding ingredients or larger amounts can need more. Each formula’s page, the editor and your cart show the estimate for your exact formula before you buy.

Yes. Edit ingredients or amounts from your account before your next renewal; the new formula ships with your next supply.

Yes. Check out your first formula, then build and order the next one. Each is managed separately in your account.

No. You can build a formula from the quiz alone. If you have recent lab results, you can add them for extra context.

Some ingredients interact with medications or conditions. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or take prescription medicine.

Choose a 3- or 6-month supply, paid upfront. It renews on the same schedule, and you can cancel anytime before renewal. Prefer not to renew automatically? You can choose a one-time purchase instead. Shipping & subscriptions

Each formula is made to order for you: it takes about 10 business days to make, then ships via FedEx Ground. Allow 2–3 weeks from your order; we email you tracking when it ships.

US addresses only, via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground shipping ($13) is added at checkout.

Because every formula is made to order for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
