About our supplements

Apiece formulas are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Ingredient descriptions, research summaries and suggested amounts are general information, not medical advice or a treatment plan. Please talk with your healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition. Apiece suggests a formula from your answers using our published formula rules and research. No doctor or other professional reviews individual formulas, and nothing on this site is medical advice. You choose what to buy and take, and you are responsible for checking that it is right for you. Review your formula’s ingredients for anything you’re allergic or sensitive to before you order.

Your order

You choose a 3-month or 6-month supply of your formula. The full price for that supply, along with any shipping and tax, is shown before you pay, and the whole supply is paid upfront through Stripe. Any monthly or daily figure is there to help you compare; it is not an installment plan.

Each formula is made to order by our US cGMP manufacturing partner after you place your order. Orders ship by FedEx Ground, and we email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscriptions and renewal

When you choose a subscription, your formula renews automatically on the same schedule as your supply — every 3 or 6 months. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file at the Subscribe & save price shown when you subscribed, plus shipping. If you change your formula or your supply, we show you the new price and you confirm it before it applies to your next renewal. We’ll email you a reminder before each renewal so nothing comes as a surprise. One-time purchases do not renew.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal, either from your account under Orders and billing or by emailing hello@apiecehealth.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals; the supply you already have is yours to finish. Changed your mind about an order? You can cancel it from your account within 15 minutes of paying, before it goes to our manufacturing partner, and we refund it in full.

Returns and replacements

Because every formula is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges, opened or unopened. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@apiecehealth.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and we’ll let you know about significant changes. For questions about your order, subscription or account, email hello@apiecehealth.com. Please don’t email medical documents, passwords or card details.
