in your control.

The short version

We collect what we need to build your formula, make it and get it to you. Your quiz answers and lab files are encrypted, stored privately in the United States and used only to build your formula. We never sell your data, and you can download or delete it from your account at any time.

Signing in

Apiece uses Clerk to create accounts and keep you signed in. You can continue with Google or sign in with your email address. If you choose Google, Google shares your name, email address, Google account identifier and, when available, profile picture. We request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes. Apiece never asks for access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts or other Google data.

Passwords and verification codes are handled by Clerk and are never stored by Apiece. Please don’t send them to us, even when you contact support.

Your quiz answers and lab results

You can start the quiz without an account. When you save your answers or upload lab results to your account, they are encrypted and stored privately on servers in the United States.

We use your quiz answers and lab files for one purpose: to build and adjust your formula. Lab files are read automatically by our software to find your results; someone on our team may check a reading for accuracy, and every access is logged. They are never shared with our manufacturing partner, never sold and never used for advertising. Adding lab results is always optional.

Orders, payment and shipping

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s checkout page, and Apiece does not see or store your full card number.

Each formula is made to order by our US cGMP manufacturing partner. To make and ship it, our partner receives only your name, your shipping address and the formula itself (its ingredients and amounts). Orders ship by FedEx Ground, so your name and address appear on the shipping label. We use your email address to send order confirmations, renewal reminders and tracking details. We keep order and billing records for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require.

Analytics

We record page views and clicks on apiecehealth.com, along with your approximate location and IP address, so we can understand how the site is used and make it better. We don’t sell this information.

Who helps us run Apiece

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, and each receives only what it needs to do its job: Cloudflare hosts and secures the website and receives standard network information such as your IP address and browser details; Clerk handles sign-in; Stripe processes payments; our manufacturing partner receives your name, shipping address and formula; and FedEx delivers your order. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your controls

Go to Account → Privacy & data at any time to:

• Export your data — download a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Delete your health data — permanently remove your quiz answers and uploaded lab files.
• Delete your account — close your account and remove your personal information, apart from order and billing records we’re required to keep.

Clerk uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, and signing out ends your session. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove Apiece’s access from your Google account settings; doing so doesn’t delete your Apiece account.

If we make significant changes to how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date above and let you know. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@apiecehealth.com. Please don’t email lab results, passwords or card details.
