3 months or 6 months? How your supply and subscription work
Upfront supply, renewals, the 6-month saving, changing your formula and cancelling, all in one place.
The short version
- You choose a 3- or 6-month supply and pay for it upfront. It is made to order and shipped in one delivery.
- A 6-month supply costs up to 25% less per month. Subscriptions renew on the same schedule, and we email a reminder first.
- Change your formula or cancel anytime before your renewal date. FedEx Ground shipping is added at checkout.
How the supply works
Every apiece formula is one custom daily blend, made to order in a US facility that follows cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice, the FDA’s manufacturing rules for supplements). Because it is made just for you, we make your whole supply at once and ship it together.
You pay for the full supply upfront. When you see a monthly or daily figure, it is there to help you compare. It is not an installment plan.
3 months or 6 months?
- 3 months: a good fit if you are new to supplements or expect to fine-tune your formula soon, for example after new lab results.
- 6 months: up to 25% less per month than the 3-month supply, and fewer orders to think about. A good fit once your formula feels settled.
Neither choice locks you in. You can switch between them at renewal.
How renewals work
With a subscription, your formula renews automatically on the same schedule as your supply: every 3 or 6 months, so you don’t run out. Each renewal is charged to your saved payment method at your formula’s current price. We email a reminder before each renewal, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Prefer not to renew automatically? You can choose a one-time purchase instead.
When the reminder email arrives
Your renewal reminder is a good moment for a quick check-in with yourself:
- Do you still have capsules left? If you skipped days, you may want to push back or cancel.
- Has anything changed, like a new medication, new lab results or new goals? Review your formula, and talk to your doctor about any medication changes.
- Is the supply length still right? Switch between 3 and 6 months if it isn’t.
Changing your formula
Your needs can change, and your formula can change with them. You can edit ingredients and amounts from your account before your next renewal, and the next supply is made to the updated formula. If the changes affect the price, you will see the new price before it is charged.
New lab results are a good moment to review. Upload them anytime.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime before your next renewal, either from your account under Orders and billing or by emailing hello@apiecehealth.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals. There is no fee and no phone call.
Because every formula is made to order for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us a photo within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Shipping
We ship to US addresses via FedEx Ground, and the shipping cost is added at checkout so you see your full total before you pay. We email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
